Tom Aceto

Tom Aceto

Tom Aceto served 16 years as a Navy SEAL and Combat Medic, dedicating his life to service and resilience. After a life-changing psychedelic retreat facilitated by The Mission Within, Tom discovered the profound impact of alternative healing modalities.

This experience ignited his passion for helping others reset the nervous system and find peace through practices such as meditation, breathwork, functional mobility, diet, hot/cold therapy, and psychedelic-assisted therapies. Tom holds a Master’s Degree and continues to serve by guiding veterans, families, and civilians toward true healing.
MJ Aceto

MJ Aceto

MJ Aceto brings a unique perspective as a lifelong horsewoman and teacher. Her work is centered on the predator-prey psychology of horses and humans, exploring how trauma, energy, and intention shape our connections.

By helping people understand body language and energy through horsemanship, MJ empowers individuals to heal trauma, build awareness, and rediscover authentic connection—with themselves, others, and the world around them.
